The garden is open to visitors:

In May and September, at weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays) only from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm. 

From June to August,  at weekends (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays) only from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
